Dive 1-Perfect Buoyancy & Trim Diver.
This first dive is Perfect Buoyancy Diver which will increase your buoyancy skills, fine tune your weighting and help you master buoyancy that is needed by all divers.
You will be shown buoyancy techniques that WILL maximize your dive experience, increase your comfort in the water, save on air, control your body underwater to get the most from your equipment. Learn how to obtain ultimate trim and buoyancy skills to glide you through the water.
After learning these extra buoyancy skills, getting your weight and trim just right and practicing some different finning techniques you will really see the value of this dive .
Dive 2-Underwater Navigation.
You will learn how to REALLY use a compass and navigate different pattern styles along with using natural navigation techniques, it just takes a little practice and confidence.
Good compass navigation can really help you on dive sites and ‘natural’ navigation will help at our local Bridge. Soon you will be estimating distances, basic navigation/search patterns and how to leave and return to a designated exit point along with taking into account currents and bottom topography.
Dive 3- Enriched Air Nitrox Diving with enriched air can increase your no-decompression limits, improve your safety, and reduce the required length of your surface intervals when compared to air. We'll also check out the local marine life.
Sundays Dives
Deep & Wreck Double Boat Dives.
Many exciting dive sites are located in deeper water. Without proper training, this kind of diving puts you at risk.
Dive 4 - Deep Dive . Today is your chance to reach 30 metres in a controlled manner, allowing you to safely and comfortably plan and conduct dives beyond Open water diver certification. When you go boat diving most operators require you to have your Advanced Adventurer certification.
Dive 5- Wreck Dive On either the Artificial Wreck of Swansea Heads and or the EX-HMAS Adelaide wreck off Terrigal’s Central Coast. On this final day, you will learn the skills and knowledge required to safely scuba dive above and around, these underwater treasures.
